Earlier today, some customers reported encountering an "Oops" error message when navigating to TaxCaddy from FileRoom or when performing certain actions within TaxCaddy. SurePrep engineers have since resolved the issue are monitoring the situation. If the system status changes, updates will be posted here: https://status.sureprep.com.
