Scheduled SurePrep Maintenance
Completed - We are pleased to inform you that the scheduled maintenance initially planned from Friday, October 18, 2024, at 7:00 PM PT to Monday, October 21, 2024, at 4:00 AM PT, has been completed ahead of schedule. We are now entering a 16-hour maintenance period during which all SurePrep services, including FileRoom, SPbinder, API, Reviewer Dashboard, and TaxCaddy, will be available, but customers may experience degraded performance during this time.

Scheduled - SurePrep will be conducting an extended scheduled maintenance which includes the migration of key systems to more performant platforms. During this maintenance window, all SurePrep services will be temporarily unavailable (FileRoom, SPbinder, API, Reviewer Dashboard, and TaxCaddy for tax professionals).

Maintenance Schedule

Start Time: Friday, October 18, 2024, at 7:00 PM PT

End Time: Monday, October 21, 2024, at 4:00 AM PT

Duration: 2.5 days

We understand that this downtime may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your operations. To minimize the impact of this downtime, we recommend completing all urgent tasks to avoid interruptions. Once the maintenance is complete, all services will be restored.
