SurePrep will be conducting a scheduled maintenance. During this maintenance window, all SurePrep services will be temporarily unavailable (FileRoom, SPbinder, API, Reviewer Dashboard, GoFileRoom Integration, and TaxCaddy for tax professionals).
Maintenance Schedule Day 1: Sunday, July 14, 2024 (8:30 PM PT - Monday July, 15 1:30 AM PT)
We understand that this downtime may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your operations. To minimize the impact of this downtime, we recommend completing all urgent tasks to avoid interruptions. Once the maintenance is complete, all services will be restored.
