SurePrep will be conducting an extended scheduled maintenance which includes the migration of key systems to more performant platforms. During this maintenance window, all SurePrep services will be temporarily unavailable (FileRoom, SPbinder, API, Reviewer Dashboard, and TaxCaddy for tax professionals).
Maintenance Schedule Start Time: Friday, July 26, 2024, at 7:00 PM PT End Time: Monday, July 29, 2024, at 4:00 AM PT Duration: 2.5 days
We understand that this downtime may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your operations. To minimize the impact of this downtime, we recommend completing all urgent tasks to avoid interruptions. Once the maintenance is complete, all services will be restored.
